Daily travel journal

As in Munich, we moved around a lot in Berlin, so I’ll group the entries according to our hosts. We ended up seeing several neighborhoods in Berlin.
We spent 19 interesting days in Munich. More than any other location we visited so far, we had the most interactions with locals because we stayed in 6 different places and embraced Couchsurfing this time.

We moved around a lot in Munich and my memories tend to be most associated with our hosts and lodgings, so that is how I will divide up my journal here.
Reader, I have a dilemma. I have so many impressions of Vienna to write about, but we are so far behind on blogging (our constant refrain) that I feel I have to write things down quickly before they start to fade from my memory. They are already a little faded. We have just been in Bratislava and I am writing this on the way to Zagreb. So I don’t know how this journal entry will come out, maybe poorly and jumbled.
We arrived to Vienna (Wien) on 24.10.2013 in the afternoon and left on 30.10.2013 in the morning.
I am extremely behind on this journal. I am writing it from our third stop after Budapest. I thought about skipping it, but I wanted to record these memories before I forget them. As usual, I wrote too much, and this time, I had not time to even revise and shorten it a bit.
As usual we are behind on blogging and need to catch up before the backlog overwhelms us. This entry will mainly be a photo-dump. I plan to put more commentary on the main blog.
For my last Prague entry I am going to adopt Peter’s lazy style of picture gallery 🙂 No, actually it is the best way to group some final scattered topics I still had to talk about without making the entry monstrously huge (only huge).
This is my final journal entry for Prague. It amazes me how quickly our month here has passed by.
